Falcon Hills Hotel Sharm el-Sheikh, Sharm el-Sheikh

The hotel offers a variety of activities with vibrant music starting early in the morning. The rooms have pleasant surprises like towel swans but avoidable if card keys were used. The presence of air conditioning adds comfort to the stay.

The hotel is not cozy at all and far from Neema Bay or downtown, but it is near nightlife places. The rooms were spacious and had no issues. The service was not helpful, although we received simple things. The location was a dissatisfaction with negative feelings according to my experience. The dining was poor with limited quantities and no varieties at all. The facilities seemed disappointing overall.

The hotel had a lovely view of the swimming pool, free parking, and nice and clean swimming pools, but unfortunately, the rooms were full of flies and the food was not up to par. The service was top-notch, with very helpful and knowledgeable staff, offering many great ideas for activities. The location near the Old Market was convenient, although not particularly cozy. The dining experience left much to be desired, with limited and unappetizing options.

The service was exceptionally polite and helpful, especially from Mohamed Abd El Hady and the front office manager. The location is good for accessing the Old Market and nightlife spots, but not ideal for walking everywhere. The dining experience was average with limited variety. The facilities are well-maintained and useful.
